~Chinese New Year~

This week many things happened.
Started with Chinese New Year Day on Saturday.

My mom sent my sister at Visuthanee then came back home. She woke me up at 9.00 a.m., which very early than any Saturday. Then we left home and went to pick up my sister.

We went to my grandma’s house. My grandma and grandpa are Chinese-Thai. So on every year they have the Chinese sacrificial ceremony for the ancestors. Normally my sister and I hardly joined this ceremony though we want to, because it happened on school day. But this year it happened on Saturday, so my mom wants us to join this ceremony. We did nothing much except burnt golden and silver papers. It made us sweat. After the ceremony ended we have lunch together. And watched The Devil wears Prada.

The movie was about Andrea (Anne Hathaway), a small-town girl, takes a job working for Editor-in-Chief Miranda Priestly (Meryl Streep). Who is Editor-in-Chief of New York fashion magazine “Runway.” Andrea must decide what is most important to her: her job or her sanity. I already watch it for three times, it was fun. My grandma did not feel well that day so my aunt brought her to the hospital. Finally, the doctor advice her to admit at the hospital for watch her symptom. She left the hospital in the next day.

On Tuesday, I have to pre-registration for the second year {the first semester}. I almost the last ID to register. So that made some subjects I want to register were unavailable. Finally, I have to register for only 12 credits. I have to wait for add-delete day and add the subject I want on that day.

On Wednesday my aunt called and told me that my grandma was admitted in the hospital again. My mom was worried about her, so we went to visit her after my mom picked me up. We arrived at the hospital at 8.10 p.m. My grandma leave at the 10th floor. I hate going in elevator, it made me dizzy every time. We parked our car at the 2nd floor. We got in the elevator. It was very bad moment in there. The elevator stopped every floor since the 5th floor. -___-“
My grandma has a heart disease. She once admitted in the hospital but got better after that. My mom was very worried about her this time, because she is old now. I pray for her every day, I want her to be healthy and leave with us for a long time.

Final exam is coming! I have to study hard and pay attention with it. Now I did not end reading any subjects. I did not ready for the exam yet. I wish I would in a few days. But I’m not sure, because this Saturday I have to go to congratulate my aunt for her master’s degree. I will lose almost one day to study for the exam. But no matter what I still have to go.

Happy Valentine's Day^_^

This week has a very important day, which is Valentine's day. So I would like to present about Saint Valentine’s story. I want to show everybody how come of Valentine's day.

In the third century, an emperor named Claudius ruled Rome. Claudius wanted to have a big army. He expected men to volunteer to join. But many men just did not want to fight in wars. They did not want to leave their wives and families. So not many men sighed up. It made Claudius furious. He thought that if men were not married, they would not mind to join the army. So he decided not to allow any more marriages. Young people thought his new law was cruel.

At that time Saint Valentine was a priest and married many couples.
Even after Emperor Claudius passed his law, he kept on performing marriage ceremonies secretly. One night, he was caught and was thrown in jail and found he will be execute. While he was in the jail, many young people came to the jail to visit him. They threw flowers and notes up to his window to show that they, too, believed in love.

One of these people was the daughter of the prison guard. She visited Saint Valentine and they would sit and talk for hours.
On the day he was to die, he left his note to thank for her friendship and loyalty. He sighed it “Love from your Valentine.” That day was February 14,269 AD. That note started the custom of exchanging love messages on Valentine’s day.

Now, every year on this day, people remember and think about love and friendship. Many people show that they love each other by sending a card, flowers, and chocolate candies.

Every year on valentine day, I usually got some flowers and chocolate. But this year I do not have a boyfriend anymore, so I was not sure if I would get some. Finally, I got a surprise from one of my friends. (I am sure my friends already knew who he is). He was standing in front of my house at midnight. He called me, told me he is standing in front of my house and got something for me. At first, I do not want to go out because I was going to bed. My look was very bad at that time. But I was very surprised how he found my house and impressed his effort, so I went out. He gave me flowers and a big white dog doll. It was very romantic if my face look better that night.

The next morning, I asked him how he found the way to go to my house. My house is very hard to go because it is very far and the way is very complicated. He told me that he asked my address from my schoolmate. After he got my address he called Bug and asked for a map. Then he and his friend went to my house on Monday to survey. On Tuesday he drove his friend to Thammasat University to surprise his girlfriend and then drove to my house. He said he got to my house at 11.00 p.m. So he has to wait for an hour, until midnight then he called me.

I never got a surprise like this on Valentine's Day. I just got some flowers and chocolate like many people. So this Valentine was very impressive.

I got my work back from A.Jasper, which is “Freedom of speech in Thailand”. The grade was not good at all. So I have to do it again. I went to learn Criminal Law 1, usually it starts at 4.30 p.m. but this time it started at 5 p.m. The class finished at 7.30 p.m. My mom came to pick me up and then we had dinner together. When I got home, I tried to do “Freedom of speech in Thailand” but it does not better than the old one.

That day I felt headache all day. I have to finish my English work about freedom of speech in Thailand. But I went to Property and Land Law class first. I finished English work at about 2.00 p.m., which I have to go to English2 class. So I have no time to have breakfast or lunch. I wish the work would better that the first one.

I finished Economics class at 9.30 a.m. My friend ‘Chock’ came to ABAC and we had lunch together. We had lunch at Name’s mom. Then he wants to play game, so we went to Bonus. I still felt bad and headache. My friend went back to his university at 1.00 p.m. I went to Law of Juristic acts and Contracts at 2.00 p.m. After the class finish, my mom came and brought me to Ramkhamhaeng Hospital. I got some medicines from that.

I have Economics class at 8.00-9.30 a.m. and free after that until 5.00p.m. I have Economics quiz. At first I planed to go some where with my friend but I could not finish my reading, so I have to cancel my plan. My father picked up my sister and brought her to ABAC, because he has to go to work after that. So my sister have to wait until I finish my quiz. And then my mom picked us up. We went to have dinner at MK. That day was my aunt birthday.

My mom went to send my sister at Visuthanee and came back home. That day we have to go to grandma’s house because it was my grandpa birthday. But my sister wants to go to her school because of Diploma day. My mom told her to go there by her self. So my mom and I agreed to wait at grandma’s house. We went to pick up my aunt at her house before went to grandma’s house. At grandma’s house, we watch Mahk Tay Return. The movie was very funny. Then we had dinner together, at that time my sister did not come. She came back about 8.00 p.m. We watched Mai’s concert (VCD) before went home.

Usually, I have two classes but both are canceled. So I did not have to go to ABAC, but I have to pre-registration for summer course. Actually, I can pre-registration at home by a computer but my mom did not believe me. My mom told me that I have to go so I have no choice. I thought I would choose two subjects, which are Criminal Law 2 and Law of Delict. But I worried I could not do that, because I was the last number to this pre-registration. Before my time, the Criminal Law 2 has only 4 seats available. I got one. How lucky!
After that my friends and I went to play game until 2.00 p.m. And then we have lunch together. I did nothing after that just sitting around.

My mom drove my sister to Visuthanee. And then we go to Fashion Island again. My mom had a hair cut and I curled my hair as I wished. The first time that I curled my hair, the price was only 2,500 baht. But this time the price was 3,000 baht. (very expensive) We finished at 2.30 p.m., we picked up my sister. Then we went to our grandma’s house. My aunt gave a notebook to me. It is very cute.

I arrived at ABAC at 7.00 a.m. The weather was very cold. I listened “Take a massage” sang by Remy Shand. I like that song but I really did not get the meaning of it. Another song I like was “Just don’t wanna be lonely” sand by Will Downing.
My friends and I went to have breakfast. Nothing much, I went to English 2 and Criminal Law 1 class. The Criminal Law 1 class was ended at 7.30 p.m. My mom came to pick me up then we had dinner at home.

The Economics classroom was very warm, but out side was very windy. The class was very quite, I was not sure that it quite because everybody concentrated or just quite because they felt sleepy. But for me I felt very sleepy. May be because I went to bed very late last night.

After Economics class, my friends and I have lunch together. I just sitting around and talked to my friends. I met my old friend “Chock”. He is very tall, about 185 centimeters. He studies at Bangkok University. We did not meet each other since we graduated from Bodin 2. His look changed but he is funny as the same.

We watched “Kot Ruk Eng ei Lerei” first. Actually I already saw it since August. I think it was a very good movie. It’s about the husband and wife who found that oneself was felt bored with a married life, and met the new one who can make her life better. But the movie was not based on a serious side. It added together all the feelings, fun, sadness, fear, and more. The first time I saw it, I was very impressive. I thought that the second time saw wouldn’t be impress as the first one. But I was wrong, although I knew every detail about the story, but when I saw it again, I still felt it was very impressive. If who watched “Kot Ruk Eng Lerei” without any laugh or tears, that one was very hard-hearted person.



After watch “Kot Ruk Eng Lerei”, we watched "The Lake House". I was very sleepy that night so I didn’t stay awake at the end of it, actually I slept since 30 minute passed. My mom said that it was OK. I heard that it was alike one of Korea’s movie. I was wondering if which one would be better.

I woke up early and stared the day with watching “Ruk Jung”. Paula Taylor acted very cute. She is a very beautiful woman. My best friend likes her very much. After watched “Ruk Jung”, I waited my mom from picked my sister up at Visuthanee.



When they back, we watched “The Davince Code” together. I also saw it before, but I missed the last 15-minute. Because my mom called me and told me she was coming to pick me up, so I quickly got out of the theater and missed the rest of the story. The movie was hard to understand, but it was good.










After the dinner, we watched "Chicago".

It was like a musical drama.

All actress were very good dancer and the story was OK.











Before went to bed we watched "The Pink Panther". My mom told us that the movie wasn’t fun at all. But my sister and I agreed that it pretty fun.

Usually, I have only two classes, which are English2 and Criminal Law1, but this week I have Law of Public Finance and Taxation make-up class. So I started study at 9.30 a.m. with Law of Public Finance and Taxation, then I when with my friend. Then I went to English2 class and Criminal Law1. Normally, Criminal Law1 class will start at 4.30 p.m. but this week it started at 3.30 p.m., that mean no time to rest. The class ended at 7 p.m.

I think I wasn’t done very well, but it OK, I just felt that I could do better than that. -__-“

I didn’t do anything except wasted my time. I attended Economics class at 8.00 a.m., the class ended at 9.30 a.m. I waited to learn Law of Juristic acts and Contracts at 2.00 p.m., but the class was canceled and we knew it at 2.00 p.m. It was very waste of time.

After Mid-Term

The latest mid-term test, law’s students have only few subject to take. So I have two subjects, it was Economics and English2. The Economics was very worried me because I didn’t really get it, it’s the difficult one. But I didn’t mean that English2 wasn’t worried me. When all tests end, I have 5 days to relax. I do nothing just ate, sleep, and watched television.

My mom and I went to pick up my sister at Visuthanee. After that we went to Ramkhamhaeng Hospital. My mom and my sister went to see a doctor. It took us for almost 3 hour. At first my mom doesn’t want to see a doctor but my sister and I insisted she should if she sick. (She didn’t like to see a doctor) It appeared that she have to be injected. After several hours at hospital, we went to grandma’s house. We have dinner and stay there until 9.00 p.m. and then we got home.

My sister didn’t have to go to school. My mom didn’t feel well so she took the day off. But I have two classes that day. And if my mom didn’t go to work, I will have to find the way to go to ABAC myself. My mom asked me if I can drive alone, and if I sure that I can drive without accident. I can’t answer her question because I never drive alone. So my mom made up her mind and drive for me. She got angry because she felt bad and didn’t want to drive. I reached ABAC at 2.00 p.m., in time for English2 class. After that I have a few minute to rest before going to Criminal Law 1 class. The class ended at 7.00 p.m. My mom picked me up, even if she didn’t talk to me all the way home, I was glad she didn’t angry me anymore.

I didn’t want to go to ABAC at all, I don’t know why, may be because I want to stay home with my sister. But finally my mom told me if I have a class, I shouldn’t miss it. So I went to ABAC, learnt 2 subjects and came back home.

I have to wake up very early because my mom has to send my sister before me. That made us reach ABAC at 6.34 a.m., it’s too early so we waited until it 7.00 a.m. then my mom drove to work. I have Economics class at 8.00 a.m., I knew my essay score and it too good too be true. THANK GOD!
I passed. I felt very relived.

I didn’t go to ABAC because I didn’t sleep enough. That day I made lunch my self, I made hard-boiled egg spaghetti. It was very delicious. At first I thought It may be inedible but the result was better than expected.

I have Economics class again, this class I knew my choice score. It was OK, not much but I passed. After that I went to have lunch with my friend. The waiter was very bad, he didn’t intend to listen what I said, he made the wrong food. It’s very upset me.
That evening I went to shopping at Fashion Island. I felt very hungry because I ate just a little at lunch. So after finished shopping, My sister and I found something to eat. We talked for hours about what going on at her school and mine.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

On Sunday 31st December 2006
My family went to visit Grandma’s sister at her house. We didn’t go there almost two years. She looks better than the last time we saw her. We talked for 3 hours and then we left. We felt very hungry so we have dinner at “Krua Te Saung” restaurant. I’m not sure that we felt too much hungry or something but the food was very delicious. I ended that meal with a blueberry pie. It’s very delicious too. After that we stop at Golden Place to buy something. And I bought a glass of chocolate bliz at 94Coffee. I think it’s too expensive, they sold it 80 bath per glass, may be because of extra whipped cream. But the taste was good. After that we went to my aunt house, just want to count down for New Year. But we heard the news about six bombs in Bangkok. It made my grandma wants to go home. So we separated and went home. All the count down events was canceled. My sister and I were waiting for count down, but this year we felt very bore. But ending this year with family meeting and ate good food together. I think it was good enough.
